1. Returns and Exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges for all domestic orders within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these simple steps:

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the items.

Ship the Item: For domestic returns, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, so there’s no cost to you. Simply package the items securely and attach the provided label.

Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return policy requirements.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process after the return is received. Depending on your payment method, the refund may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Items that have been worn, used, or damaged.

5. International Returns
For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping fees.
6. Exchanges for Domestic Orders
Exchanges are free of charge for domestic orders. If you need a different size or color, simply return the item(s) and place a new order, or contact our customer service for assistance with a direct exchange.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
